Our founder’s extensive background in property management spans over two decades, during which they successfully managed over 1,000 rooms in hospitality and 200 apartment units in Phoenix, AZ. Upon moving to Florida, the focus shifted to managing a diverse portfolio of over 350 properties, including condos, townhomes, single-family homes, duplexes, and commercial properties. This diverse experience has equipped us with the expertise to handle various property types and deliver exceptional service.

Since our inception in June 2023, Florida Landlords has grown exponentially, managing over 50 properties in just a few months. Our success is built on solid relationships with agents and a robust referral network, which significantly contribute to our growth.
